As the auction is now up and running, we are being asked about different aspects, so I thought it would be a good idea to do a FAQ.

If I have signed up for the V.I.P newsletter am I registered to bid in the auction?

No you need to register to bid in the auction.

How do I register to bid?

Go to the “Register Online” button on the home page and follow the instructions or click here.

Do I receive a bidding number?

No, when you register in effect you are opening an account with us. You will not need a bidding number.

How do I place a bid?

Hit the “place a bid” button and use the up/down arrows to enter your bid.

Do you accept 'Proxy' bids?

Yes, if you enter your maximum bid using the up/down arrows the software will bid for you, up to your maximum.

How will I know if I am outbid?

You will receive an email alert informing you, you then have the option to place another bid.

What happens if I am outbid with just a few seconds remaining on the clock?

If this happens the time for that lot will be extended for a period of 5 mins, giving you chance to decide if you want to bid again.

How do I pay for items won in the auction?

There are 3 options: Bank Transfer, Cheque payable to “Justaclickago” posted to our address or Cash on delivery/collection.

What are the options for delivery/collection of lots?

There are 4 options:

  • Postage at cost by Royal Mail Special Delivery (we will send you a quote).
  • You arrange your own collection/delivery at your own expense
  • Collection from us – no charge / Delivery to a Railwayana auction £5.
